Oyster Mushroom on Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 cup oyster mushrooms coarsely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. When butter begins to sizzle, add mushrooms and cook, stirring until lightly browned, 5-7 minutes.
Step 2
Add garlic and stir to coat. Season lightly with salt and pepper and continue to saute for about one minute.
Step 3
Toast bread slices until golden, then lightly spread butter and place them on a plate
Step 4
Spoon the mushrooms and put them over the toasted bread. Then top them with chopped parsley.
