Forest Origins began as a simple idea during my junior year of business school in 2017—a college project that unexpectedly grew into something much more. Inspired by my father, who spent over 30 years as a dedicated mushroom farmer, I wanted to share the magic of mushroom cultivation with the world.

Growing up, I was captivated by the mushrooms my father would bring home and the stories he told about their growth. During my teenage years, I worked on a mushroom farm myself, deepening my appreciation for the process. That passion stayed with me, and after graduating, I decided to take the leap, turning my project into a real business.
