We want you to have a great experience with Forest Origins. Because our products contain living, perishable materials, returns and replacements are handled under the guidelines below.
Return Window (Unopened Items Only)
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened, hydrated, or used.
Refunds And Store Credit
If your return is approved, we can issue either a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Replacements For Damage Or Defects
If your kit arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to issue a replacement.

Improper Use Or Not Following Instructions
Replacements and returns will not be accepted for issues caused by improper handling or not following the instructions as detailed on the included instruction card or our video tutorial. For example, if the instructions call for an X cut and the bag is cut fully open, exposing the substrate, that is considered improper use and is not eligible for replacement or return.
