Three essential steps
Step 1
Make an X-shaped cut in each grow bag. Keep the plastic flaps attached, lift them, and lightly scratch each exposed surface with a fork.
Step 2
Add 3 tablespoons of water to each opened area, then place the kit or kits indoors in bright indirect light, away from strong drafts and heat. Mist each opened area with 10 to 12 sprays twice daily.
Step 3
Each variety develops on its own schedule. Pins typically appear around days 7 to 10. Keep misting, then harvest each full cluster around days 10 to 14, depending on conditions.
About this grow kit
Brown grows steadily, while White grows slowest and develops more gradually.
White suits a wide range of normal indoor conditions, while Brown prefers cooler rooms. Both need humidity, indirect light, and fresh air.
Harvest White as its caps flatten and Brown when its caps are broad and firm. Cut each full cluster together.
White is mild and tender; Brown brings a deeper, nuttier flavor and firm texture. Cook both thoroughly.

Pink oyster mushrooms prefer warm conditions, high humidity, bright indirect light, and regular fresh air. Follow the included instructions and avoid direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, or dry airflow.
With proper care, the first flush can potentially yield up to 0.5 lb of fresh mushrooms. Results vary with humidity, temperature, airflow, and daily care.
White or light pink fuzzy growth is typically healthy mushroom mycelium. If you notice an unusual color or odor, contact us with a photo before using the kit.
Your first harvest is guaranteed when the kit is used as directed and the care instructions are followed. Proper setup, humidity, and daily misting are required.
